Receptionists are efficient.Doctors ( Anita, Mah, Morgan) have genuine care and even would do a follow up call.Wait times are incredibly short. Patients feel welcome by the staff and treated with empathy by all.

Dr Mogan is very caring and attentive. He always listens and does not rush through a consult.The reception staff and practice nurse are friendly and kind.This is a wonderful practice.Highly recommended.

Since I first saw Doctor Mogan, he has helped me change my life totally. He is always smiling. Loves a laugh. Dr Mogan is a genuine health professional who listens and explores alternative options rather than just writing out prescriptions for medication. Follow is lead and you will achieve positive results. I continue to recommend people to him. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his staff.

I have always found this practice to be outstanding. From the staff at reception to the Doctors and Nurses they are always very helpful and professional. I always recommend to my friends to go there , they take the time to listen and discuss your treatment with you . Excellent service from when you walk in , to when you leave 100% happy

If I could give 0 stars I would, Would not reccomend dr. Bass if my life depended on it. This morning was my second time seeing this dr and both times i left extremely disgusted in her. She asked me what was wrong, I told her I have a fever and my tonsils are sore and puffy I can’t breathe or swallow or eat, she disregarded that and asked me about what birth control I was on, then asked why I have not come in for a Pap smear, I said I just haven’t had the time with just having a baby and a young child on school holidays it’s been hard and she goes well you should pay for a baby sitter or put them into day care for an hour and come here straight away, this all still has nothing to do with the reason I’m here so she checks me over, asks my weight and I told her and she goes do you exercise I said yes every day I go to the gym, and she goes oh and you’re still at this weight ?She then FINALLY looks at my throat and says to herself “mmm yes very inflamed” then prints me a script for antibiotics and says have a nice day. She didn’t even tell me what was wrong with me just told me what she was giving me and how to take it. she was more concerned about my Pap smear and birth controll than why I was so sick. The pharmacist filled out my script ended up checking me over again thoroughly and told me what was actually wrong with me and was appalled at the way I was just treated.The faces, comments and looks she was giving me through my “consult” came across extremely judging and made me feel less than a human to her.

This has been my family practice for almost 5-years now, and I have never had a bad experience. The reception staff are always polite and helpful, and Doctor Mogan and his fellow gp's have always listened, and provided the care I've needed.

Best practice in WA. Been coming here for years and all staff amazing. Dr Mogan is fabulous, personalises your consult with him and the practice nurse is wonderful too. Reception staff know us by name and are always friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I have never had a bad experience at this practice. The girls at the front are amazing and are always willing to help where needed.. Dr Mogan has been my main doctor and has helped me with anything from a simple flu, to mental health concerns. He is always thorough, gives choices and explains everything if there is any concern. More importantly, he listens, empathises and never judges.. everything yhat is needed in a great doctor!

Im new in Perth,and as a new and know nothing and scared of everything when I got pregnant just right after I came in Australia,a friend recommend this place to me,and I can say this place is really great. Outstanding from the reception to the Doctors. They will make you feel safe and comfortable. Love it when they always smile to everyone too. Make you feel alright at all.
