Trust the reviews! Most patients in the waiting room today weren’t informed the Dr wasn’t actually in. Receptionist is rude and defensive.

My husband and I have been using this practice since it opened. We have always been treated with respect and staff go above and beyond to assist you. Our Doctor, Sam Mansour is welcoming, courteous and always listens to our problems/needs and acts accordingly to fix/ help with anything that arises. I would recommend this practice to everyone. It’s a bulk billed practice. The Mansours doctors are fantastic. They take their time and listen to you. But you have to be extremely patient. Last time I went, I waited 50min. It would have been nice to get a call from the receptionist to tell the patients that the doctor is running super extremely late.

Staff cannot do enough for you. Very caring. Often late for appointments but that saying, doctors take as long as needed to sort problems. Excellent practice and so convenient with a pharmacy just across the shopping centre. Thank you Dr Rafik and staff for your care of mum.

I've been seeing Dr Rafik Mansour for a few years now he is such a great doctor, he shows genuine concern and goes over and above to make me feel comfortable. It has taken me years to find a doctor I am comfortable with,The ladies on reception are always so lovely, it is a busy practice at times but they always find time to look after you.

I've had to wait up to 2 hours on several occasions because the doctor hadn't arrived yet as he was at another clinic, even though I made an appointment. On other occasions usually a 45 minute to 1 hour wait.

Be expected to wait at least 1 hour.Called in advance to ask whether the Dr. Samuel M was on time- the reply was “ yes he is”.Turns out he wasn’t & had yo wait1hour and 10min. to see him for 10min.Another time, we had an early appointment only to realise the Dr. hasnt even showed up yet. Surprise surprise my appointment was about half an hour late; there were about 5 people after me and god knows how long they had to endure. Dr S Mansour also appeared in the clinic laughing with a coffee - probably the reason he was late.Book if you enjoy thrill of endless waiting.The only thing keeping this practice going is the friendly receptionist.

Very good and friendly doctors .Dr Benjamen Grant is a really very caring and go to extra links to help his patients.5 stars for very young doctor.

Really great place! Very good with explaining and walking you through what they’re doing! Very thorough and want what’s best for your well being. Very comfortable in this clinic, receptionist is wonderful and doctors and bril!
