Greatest surgery I have found in Perth. Have been attending here for many many years. I dont even live close to them anymore but refuse to see anyone else. Customer service is outstanding.

Absolute gem! Receptionists are wonderful and drs take their time and treat you like a patient not a number. Can’t rave enough about them!!!

Wanted to make an appointment today. Receptionist was rude and said they don't have any appointments free until thursday/friday... I said that it would be alright. Her answer was: ok

My local GP, Dr Poon is a great doctor, very calm, down to earth and offers good advice. Reception gets crazy sometimes but receptionists like Carol handle it well.

I had seen two different doctors but both I found to be in hurry. My last appointment was terrific. I m new to Australia and was not knowing that here 10 years old child is not given any immunization. While taking appointment I clearly mentioned the reception guy that I want to book an appointment for 10year age immunization for my daughter. If there is no such '10year old immunization' given here he should have told me on phone. I wouldnt have taken appointment. He booked an appointment with a doctor. After getting in the nurse told there is no such immunization for 10years. Just for getting in and listening 'NO immunization' I was charged $65 for my daughter.

EXTREMELY RUDE young receptionist answering calls. Phoned twice today Tues Dec 2Oth 1.15pm for an appointment. I had googled phone number thinking this was the Bentley Family Practise (near Bentley Plaza shopping centre). Apparently not! I was polite in trying to check, however the girl was extremely unprofessional in the annoyance she was responding with. When i pointed out her lack of customer etiquette she hung up on me! Im a professional manager and very glad she is not one of my employeees. If this is the way she speaks to people who make a simple mistake... she needs a fast course in conflict resolution...or a new job!!

This doctor will do anything you want for a buck. Including screwing with psychiatric medicine (in place to stop abusive outbursts = domestic violence) without a second thought. Doesn't even consider consulting with the specialist who prescribed the meds. Thanks for sending our family backwards, doc. Half of us are facing homelessness now. All so you could make buck. Thanks so much for all your help when we needed most. My children will be stoked to couch surf and change schools. All thanks to you.

Worst practice ever. Very rude staff, unprofessional doctors who don't even examine patients, relies on Google for diagnosis and prescriptions names and they treat.Just so unreliable too. Can't rely on them for anything.Please never go there as a patient or take any of your relatives for medical attention if you want to live.

The new owner and the new lady's are so lovely and I have being cameing here for so many years and the lady at the front is nice and. Very helpful
