Doctor Cranwell had the answer to my menapause problem that i had for 2 years.

I would not recommend this practice. I called in desperately the other day as I had accidentally left my anxiety medication behind while I was on the way to the airport. I couldn’t turn back around because then I would have missed my flight. I called in to kindly ask if I could get a renewal of my prescription as I was on my last box anyways and if i could have then I could go to the pharmacy in Canberra to get more or even at the airport. No, instead I was told I should have managed my medication better and should have time managed better by given them notice the day before…. I made a mistake by leaving that in the last thing to pack. So my mistake but the reply I was given was far from okey I understand but you have yourself to blame and we don’t care. If you have anxiety don’t go there because it made it my worse trip of my life since I’m scared of flying but I had to go on this flight for family reasons. Do not rely on them to at least say I’m sorry there is nothing we can do. Just that’s on you

The receptionist who I spoke to at the clinic today was extremely helpful and understanding!

Doctor lost all my important test results for my cancer treatment and said they sent referrals to only later say they didn't do it. Put my scans and bills not through as bulked billed even though I had a referral. I had to chase up all my referrals to make sure they had done what they said they were going to do
