Swan View Family Practice

I can always get in very quickly on the day, all Staff and the Doctors are excellent , thorough and caring .., and dont rush patients in and out like other Midland doctor centre.Been a patient when they first commenced in Swan View, and highly recommend this practice.

The wait times are very reasonable compared to some practices I have visited in the past. You can usually get an appointment within a day or two when needed. Doctors provide professional and caring service. Reception staff usually very good. Excellent service in general.

I have been using this service for the whole family for five years or so! the last 12 months I have noticed the service from the Drs to be very rushed and not providing the required service to the public. issues are: Drs are not thorough, always get the feeling the want you out! don’t, unless prompted give results for x-rays, blood test or the like. waiting time has increased up to 2 hrs and are never on time even though you booked appointments. Do not follow up on administration, i have had to remind them on serveral occasions to send in paperwork to DVA. My father is 79 and has anxiety and PTSD and is expected to wait hrs to see Drs they don’t care about there patients wellbeing.

I wish i had of read the reviews before going to this place. First, they totally forgot that i was waiting to see a doctor - an hour later i walk up to the counter and they get me in to see someone.Now all i needed was a repeat prescription - i had the old packet of medication with me so you wouldnt think it would be possible for a medical professional to screw this up.Dr Oluwole Oyeniyi had other ideas.Went to the pharmacy and got my meds - later on went to take my meds, noticed the box was different. Probably just a different brand i thought. Doctor's know what they are doing, right?!Well it couldnt hurt to check . Pharmacist confirmed Dr had given me the wrong script. Thankfully i hadn't spent a month taking the wrong meds - could of been fatal!Went back to the DR just wanting a refund at this point - not worth risking my health with these people! But no, they refused. Told me a service had been provided! Receptionist also told me I was rude for even asking.I would seriously avoid this place if you value your health.AHPRA and Health Consumers Council to be notified shortly.

Just started to use it so can't really say much

The waiting time there has been getting longer and longer recently and I had to wait for over 1 hour to see a GP.The GP examined me and told me to go to the ED straight away without doing any tests. A doctor and a nurse at the ED was surprised that the GP sent me to the ED without any tests.Quality of service at the reception has gone down as well. There is only one nice lady now.

Rang twice I can't even get to a receptionist hangs up after the ring marol,wanna know if I need to see the dr re blood tests results

Front reception staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Dr Geethani is conscientious, approachable with all questions and overall a great GP.

Doctors are good.... however waiting time is getting longer and you cannot book an emergency appointment.... my family Doctor is booked for 2-3days upfront sometimes..Administration staff need more energy and friendliness...
