Queens Road Surgery

They found time to see me promptly on a busy Saturday morning and I was able to visit a pharmacy and start treatment within 2 hours!

Really disappointed. Dr Lina Pacca is an incredible doctor and really patient, understanding and takes time to help you. I’ve been going there for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience.However, I got a phone call from a really impatient and rude receptionist this morning stating that because I had chest pain they refused to see me and that I was required to go to emergency. (Even though at the time of writing this, my pain is mild and the last two times I’ve been to emergency the ED staff told me to go to the doctors.) Queens Road said they could send me for the scans themselves, but refused to do it. The back and forth between emergency and the doctors has been really disappointing, with no results.I needed to see Dr Pacca for a couple of other important things and mental health related issues (unrelated to the chest pain) this afternoon, but they refused to let me see her for those unless I went to emergency first for the chest pain.Really disappointing, will have to find another place now and it’s really hard to find good doctors.

Dr Lina Pacca is highly unprofessional and dishonourable!I had to seek for a second advice from another doctor.I was concern with a couple of matters and she advise me to Google search my questions.What kind of a doctor asks you to use Google?She did not provide me the right advice.The quality of her work as a doctor is unqualified.She doesn't deserve a 1 star rating and rather a zero.I should of checked the reviews on here before attending to this practice.Never again and I don't recommend her.Dr Lina Pacca should have her qualification removed and investigated.Shame on you Lina Pacca!

Dr Pacca has never provided effective health advice and medication to her patients. She has no respect to her patients at all.Queens Road Surgery has very bad culture towards patients. Their only objective is to charge $85 for 5 minutes consultation.A rude receptionist in this surgery always ignores patients urgent demands.I don’t recommend this surgery to anybody, particularly Dr Pacca.

STAY AWAY!!! Nobody seems to care anymore especially Dr Paca. I was sobbing out of pain and she could not have cared less. I am literally in for 5 minutes and another Dr started looking at her watch. I I have to do my own google searches as the knowledge of some of the doctors seems so limited. I am finally going to my husbands doctor and in him there is empathy and UNDERSTANDING and not a huge price tag.

Both myself and my wife visited the surgery on many occasions and found Dr Pacca very welcoming and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this surgery as the doctors and staff are all very caring.

The Doctors, Nurses and staff at Queens Road Surgery are fantastic. Even though some times the wait time is lengthy it certainly is worth it knowing that you have the best medical attention and you don't feel rushed when you see your doctor. We have moved out of the area, however we are always willing to go the extra mile to seek the best medical attention from Queens Road Medical Surgery.

I have been a patient for over 15 years and have always had the best service. My family have seen all of the doctors and have found them all caring and compassionate. The staff are also amazing and go the extra mile to fit my kids in when they are sick.
