Totally Disappointed - Did you know that you have to pay to have a toenail removed BEFORE they will do it? Today my 18yo son waited an hour before being seen to only be asked to leave because he had not paid first. This was not explained to him when I dropped him off and when he rang me and I spoke to the Doctor asking to pay after or over the phone was told NO. So I said that was holding a patient to ransom! Apparently that was questioning his principles and he now REFUSES to see my son. I drove to the practice and when I asked to speak to the Doctor and or Practice Manager they were unavailable but Leanne (Front desk lady) did her best to get them to discuss the situation with them but to no avail!!

I just got abused because I had said to the doctor that they had accidentally mistakenly wrote down the wrong dates on my referral letter that was all then the doctor started to come across angry by raising his voice at me and accusing me of questioning his profession witch was way out of line and also saying that I gotten the dates wrong and it was my fault, my partner then spoke up from the way the doctor was speaking to me witch bring me to tears he told us to get out!What a devastating experience never again.

Absoute disgrace. Will have all medical records sent onto another surgery. Will never go back here. Receptionist were very rude towards my son and then over the phone to me.

2 appointments booked at this doctors, both times we have waited over an hour to be seen, even with young kids! They do not care and are rude when asked how long the wait is!! Run the doctors properly or don't have one! You won't be seeing all of us again! They don't know when to send reminder texts out and constantly told us we had an appointment when we didn't.

The only doctor worth seeing was Dr Coker. Now that he has left I would advise that you don't attend here. Misdiagnosis, terrible treatment, issues with them sending medical records to new doctors surgery... list goes on and on. Go to Bullsbrook medical centre for great medical treatment.

Waited an hour past my appointment time on two occasions. Will never go back. Don't waste your time at this medical practise.

Took my son to be examined today for a rash. After having a consultation with Dr ali he called Dr James in for a second opinion. Dr James started to talk down to me and my young son, he was very rude and sarcastic even belittling me. He made me very angry to the point where I lost my cool.I will never take my family to this clinic again, I'm absolutely disgusted. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely lovely though and very helpful.

After waiting 1.5 hours in a room crammed with people we were told that due to being 2 days too early for the second dose we would have to rebook. Shouldn't that of been seen to well before 1.5 hours of waiting especially with covid in the area.

Had a appointment with the Medical Manager regarding a billing issue and keeped us waiting for 1hour, then she had a bad attitude. My wife needed a medical certificate for a insurance claim they wanted $650 to do it.

Appointment was for 12.10 finally got in at 1.40 no expectation. What is the point of booking it there timekeeping is so poor. 5 or 10 minutes no problem 11/2 hours very poor
